Changes at Fort Physio

We want to thank our clients for entrusting your care to us. That is a responsibility we don’t take lightly and want to continue to improve on.

Following the review of our clinic policies, we have made these recent updates :

  1. Credit Card Policy: In order to streamline service to our community and protect the valuable time of our clinicians, we are requiring the collection of a credit card on file for all clients. This card will only be used for payments and cancellation fees.

  2. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment in order to reschedule or cancel free of charge. If notice is provided less than 12 hours to the scheduled appointment time, you are subject to a fee of the full private cost of your appointment.

  3. Sickness Cancellation: Sickness cancellations made before 9am on the day of your scheduled appointment will be free of charge. Cancellations made after 9am will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment.

Not feeling well?

To keep our staff and clients safe, there are a few steps we are asking you follow:

  1. If you are feeling unwell, first consult the current provincial health guidelines. If you are still unsure, feel free to call the clinic at (604) 513-3716.

  2. Cancel before 9am. If you would prefer to reschedule, please contact us before 9am on the day of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 9am will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment.

  3. Take health precautions. You are welcome to wear a mask or request a clinician to wear a mask for your appointment.

  4. Clean your hands when you arrive and before you leave. Sanitizer will be available for use when you enter and leave the clinic.
